...a yoga teacher based in South Australia.
My journey with yoga started, like it does for many of us, on the mat looking for balance, strength, and a little more ease. Over time, I found myself more drawn to the deeper layers of the practice: the philosophy, the breath, the way yoga can shape how we live, not just how we move.
These days, motherhood has shifted everything, including how I teach. My focus is now on sustainable, grounded practices that support the nervous system and make space for the real, often messy, rhythms of daily life. I’ve taught thousands of classes, led workshops on yogic living, run courses on yogic philosophy, and supported teacher trainings. And I still love sharing what I learn, especially as I keep growing and evolving, too.
I believe yoga isn’t just something we do. Yoga is something we live. And I’m here to help you explore that in a way that feels nourishing, doable, and real.
